More than starring in the spotlight, effective leaders value the ability and opportunity to collaborate with others. In fact, for many companies, flashy leadership can actually be more harmful than beneficial. For best results, look instead to nurture and promote collective decision making within your property management firm.
Cultivation
If you want a garden to flourish, you must put the work in to care for it. That is, tilling the soil, planting the seeds, watering it daily, ensuring adequate sunlight and pulling the dangerous weeds before they can cause damage.
