Despite the general consensus that the next generation is filled with ungrateful, greedy and entitled people, the majority of millennials (63%) make giving back a big part of their lives. They prefer texting over talking

Just stroll around any heavily populated area and you’ll see countless young people on their phones, either surfing the net or texting. In fact, 43% of millennials feel that texting is just as meaningful as a phone conversation. You can leverage this by making yourself and others in your office easily accessible by text. Coincidentally, texting is also a great way to keep record of conversations if you ever need to refer back to them.

There’s no doubt about it. Millennials will begin taking over the majority of the population in the years to come.
